Madison County Schools has made an enhancement to its current safety plan that will require attendees to use clear bags inside the venues of all MHSAA-sanctioned events (including tailgating).

Madison County Schools has again achieved an A-rating for 2025, marking the twelfth consecutive A grade for the district! MCS also celebrates earning the highest score in Mississippi among large school districts on state testing.

Welcome to Madison Career and Technical Center!
The K-12 educational experience for every student should be more than just what takes place in the academic classroom. Career and Technical Education (CTE) courses offer a practical, hands-on exposure to what future success looks like.
Whether your student plans to go straight to the workplace, the military, or continuing their education after high school, they are most certain to have positive memories from taking a CTE course (or two) while in high school.
Benefits of CTE courses include career exploration, mastering real-world skills, and higher graduation rates. Several CTE courses offer students the opportunity to earn national certifications that will immediately garner the attention of future, potential employers.
Parents, please ask your student’s counselor about the benefits of CTE courses!
